A little backround on White Fences Farm
White Fences Farm was started in spring of 2007. We had a rough run for a few years, designing, redesigning, making mistakes and correcting them etc. The fencing was built by hand by the owners, and some hourly labor. The stalls in the barn were done the same way. The boarding page goes into specifics on the board inclusives.
On March 1 2011, we had a new trainer/barn manager join the farm team. Tom Yetter is very experienced in all aspects of farm operations and horse health, and we are glad to have him. Trainer and Barn Manager, Tom Yetter and Owners, run the facility.
White Fences Farm is a full care, Boarding, Lesson, and Training Facility. All of our current clients are in our lesson program, although it is not required.
All horses on the farm are fully vaccinated, with proper paperwork before arrival.
Transport also available
Standard rates are $3.00 a loaded mile.

The barn
The barn at the farm is 7, 12X12 stalls, feed room, tack room, bathroom, and wash stall. Floor is poured concrete. There is no hayloft, we wanted the open ceiling for ventilation
All stalls have the following
Rubber mats
2 water buckets
Hay rack
Removable feed bin
Salt block
Full dutch door
2 bags of sawdust bedding
There are no individual fans permitted in summer, but we run 3 barrel fans during the hot season. We have never had a problem using this method, because of the way they are positioned, they blow all the heat out of the barn and keep the horses comfortable.
