The Farm
The farm started construction in late spring of 2007. We have never stopped improving. The current facility comprises 21 acres, with a barn, outdoor arena, indoor area, and 20 foot wide riding lanes around the property. We don't have trail access, but we do trailer to several different trails. Fields are maintained on a constant basis, and reseeded regularly. We have big troughs, run-in sheds and water hydrants for all fields. We also have a stonedust paddock dry lot, on an as needed basis.

The Barn
The barn has 7 stalls that are 13x12. All stalls have rubber mats, feed and water buckets, hay rack, huge feed door, plenty of bagged pine sawdust shavings, and a dutch door. The stall doors to the 14 ft wide aisle are steel full yoke doors that allow the horses to see whats going on. The barn was built for ventilation and is 12 feet at the rafters. There is a feed room, tack room, wash stall, and small bathroom, with an enviro-friendly toilet.

OUTDOOR ARENA
The new outdoor arena was put in Spring 2011. 100x165 with a sand footing over a compacted stone dust base.
INDOOR ARENA
The Indoor Arena was originally built in Fall 2008. In December 2011 we started footing renovation. The footing is completed with sand over a compacted base. There are 5 ft high 2x6 pine Tongue and Groove kick walls.
